Pattern Resin is a resin type pattern material for perfect fitting modellation. It exhibits excellent quality and easy manipulation which cannot be achieved by an inlay wax. Because of its high strength, a pattern can be made directly on the working model without the use of an investment model.

ADVANTAGES	USAGE
Quick setting and minimal  shrinkage.	1. To make a Pattern of  -conical crowns (tapered crown) (Fig 1.)   and other telescope crowns - inlay, palatal and lingual bars,            connectors, and clasps - Maryland bridges (Fig 2.) - implant superstructures
Sufficient strength and no distortion	2. Temporary splint for solidering (Fig 3.)
Suitable fluidity and still thixotropic.
Patterns can be made by direct or indirect techniques.
Indistinguishable correction can be done even after set.
Burns out completely, resulting in a smooth casting surface.
